Went there yesterday for the 1st time and took my son for his 12th Bday, I couldn't fault the friendly service at all. Very helpful. Kept me informed on the waiting time for the family session. Awesome track. My son & I loved it . This is our new regular place from now on. Highly Recommend

Me and my mates have been going to this indoor track for a couple of years now, and we still come back from time to time, it's a great track and the staff are all very helpful.
the track and karts have been well maintained, and this is for sure a place to visit if you are in the area, or to come and give a try when you have the time
Overall, I must fix the mistake I made in reviewing this earlier, and say they are deserving of a 5 star rating, If you have even the smallest interest in Motorsport you'll be coming back here I can almost guarantee itresponse / report this review -

Fantastic Experience. We took 5 x 10 yr olds there on the weekend and they had a ball. Staff were very friendly and professional. The track was great. Cafe was really good. The only downside was that my son's kart ran out of fuel twice. Will definitely come back

The Ultimate karting is a great place to get into karting, to learn and improve.
I got in there a few months ago and became a regular, trying to be there at least every fortnight.
Guys on the track are really helpful; happy to give an advise and comment on mistakes. Also, once you get faster, the difference between karts starting to be important and it is so good that guys can advise which one to take.
It is an encouraging environment, definitely would recommend to give it a try.response / report this review -

The karts are well kept, the owner is friendly, all the boys are very helpful and hardworking. But the girls in the restaurant are very rude. Despite the fact that most of the tables were vacant for the entire duration of the time we were there, we were told we couldn't seat anywhere to eat because they were booked out. The girl that served us at the counter made a big deal to even toast a banana bread for my son, because it wasn't "in the father's day menu", even thought there was plenty of banana bread on display and plenty of staff in the kitchen just chatting. We could only order drinks or get the food in a box and take it away. They also served us the wrong drinks even though I repeated the order 3 times. There's plenty of good reviews here for this place and it is not just because they offer a free session if you leave a feedback and show it to them the karting part of this business is really good and I have no complaints about it. but those new young ladies working on weekends at the restaurant are very unprofessional and are extremely rude with an obvious CAN'T DO ATTITUDE, the receptionist was friendly but very slow. We sat here (see pic) for nearly 4 hours and only as we were about to leave, one of the tables was taken for a party.

Kids loved this place Great birthday venue as well, and they set aside to races especially for the kids. And food is not just the usual canteen food. It's restaurant quality! Will definitely visit again.

Great place to bring the kids along to have a fun time. Facilities are fantastic and great value for money. The staff are a great bunch of people who are always willing to go that extra bit so we had good time. Will definitely be back again and again.

The best indoor karting place I've been too. The karts are clean and consistent. The track is technical and a challenge. The cafe is actually quite good. The whole place is clean, not smoky and well run.

Great value for money! Super fast karts on a technical circuit make for a huge adrenaline rush. They have special deals on Thursday :)

This place is so much better than any Go Karting place in Sydney. Awesome! The staff were super friendly. The track was spotless, the karts in really good condition. Honestly, just the best. Thank you guys for an awesome experience!!!!
