Staff had a customer that was struggling and had dropped their coffee staff were incredibly patient and gracious about it

The staff are depressing. Asking for a coffee fells like I'm asking someone to go out of there way for me.
If you are in the area and really want a gloria jeans coffee just go to the mall where they are always friendly.response / report this review -

Went there in the afternoon to relax a bit with my daughter Instead I was disgusted . The hot food service was not work which is ok We got some food microwaved from there it was ok.BUT when we sat down to eat it every single table looked like it hasn't been cleaned all day. Food on the floor around customer under table feet area. Food on the seats and on the table. All I have to say is YUK If I saw that before i paid for it - I would have left never going back there again RATING THIS AS BELOW ZERO.

Quite possibly the worst coffee in the area. Cheap. Very. It's been getting progressively worse over the last five years.
