Great place if you want to pick up something quick in the afternoon after work Woolworths open till 10 pm. And has the Reject Shop check website for trading hours.

Sold me off cat meat which wasn't even sealed. Stunk out my car boot. When I called to complain the staff had the hide to laugh at me. Took it back for a refund today and again a young girl at the customer service counter thought it was appropriate to laugh about them selling disgustingly off cat meat. Not the first time the meat has been suspect so they've probably been pushing the boundary.

Walked out puzzled about 15 minutes ago =S I mean no biggie or anything. Don't we all have a right to pick and choose how we'd like to check out? Especially in the morning when it's not the busiest time of the day I was forcefully told by a self-checkout attendant that I was to go to one of the other serviced check out registers. The annoyance isn't so much the part where I had no choice in the matter but more the way this old lady portrayed the situation. I specifically asked why I wasn't allowed to use the self-checkout registers. I was husselled, looked down upon and forcefully pointed toward the serviced counter (like 'I NO SPEAKER ANY ENGRISH') like I was some kind of fresh import from China. Just to add, she couldn't give me a reasonable excuse as to why I could not use the self-service registers (not that I cared where I checked out). All I got was a "you're just going to have to go into the serviced line". Furthermore an elderly gentlemen was let through to the self-service registers just before me. Not sure if it's got anything to do with race 🤔🙄
Please do not comment or respond as to how small this issue is as I'm well aware of that part. My whole point is the staff should be well aware on how to treat paying customers and not have customers feel like they've been targetted for possible store theft just because their from a different background. A simple "can I check your handbag?" would have been a lot easier.

Woolworths is the main shopping centre in Eagle Vale. Located at the rear of the Eagle Vale market place. Woolworths has pretty much everything you need from grocery items to fresh meat, bakery goods, fresh vegetables and home cleaning products. The vegetables are of good quality but can be expensive compared to other fresh produce stores but you can be assured that they always have in stock whatever you need. I like to go here later in the day when you can pick up some very cheap bargins in the bakery section. They also have a bottle shop next door.
