If you go to Tuscany make sure you see Lana! She is so beautiful, so friendly, so attentive and just goes the extra effort to get excited for you and makes sure the gowns you try on fit your vision. Although I didn't get my wedding dress from Tuscany, I couldn't recommend them high enough. Lana is the customer experience manager so I was super lucky to get her for my dress try ons as she normally doesn't do bookings, but this woman goes above and beyond any customer service I've ever experienced before. She really is incredible!

I visited Tuscany bridal after a few other bridal stores and I had the best experience and customer service at this store.

Angela was my consultant and she was amazing, made me feel so beautiful and helped when I needed it. She went above and beyond to make things work out for me and I couldn’t have been happier to have had the privilege of having my appointment with her.

Wedding Dress shopping at True Society by Tuscany Bridal was an amazing experience!

All the staff were so lovely and welcoming as soon as you walked through the doors.
I had Melinda helping me with my dress, She made the whole experience beautiful.
She was so helpful and dedicated to find my perfect dress.
I can't wait to collect my dress in December

Finding my dress at True Society by Tuscany Bridal was an absolute dream! All the staff were extremely welcoming and the vibes as soon as you walk through the doors are exactly what you’d hope they’d be on one of the most special days of your wedding planning✨ Sofia’s enthusiasm and energy made the whole experience beautiful and one I’ll never forget. Her determination to find a dress I felt comfortable in was next level! I left feeling confident and excited!

I had such a great experience at Tuscany bridal. When I first booked at Tuscany I felt abit worried because I had been to three previous bridal stores and hadn’t found the dress. When I first booked I had the best phone call with one of the managers. She was so friendly and supportive.
The day of my appointment, Sofia introduced me to herself and walked me around the store, showing me all the different designers. Sofia made me feel so special and important, I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into anything. I eventually found the dress of my dreams & we all celebrated. Thank you to all of the girls at Tuscany for making it an amazing experience.

I had a great experience at Tuscany Bridal. I’ve been to about 3 other wedding dress stores to try on dresses and my last port of call was Tuscany. I initially visited with my bridesmaids. We were assisted by Angela who was very helpful in finding dresses that had the features I liked. She spent additional time with me and helped me narrow down my favourite gowns before organizing a second appointment the following week to come back with my mum. I never felt pressured to buy anything I wasn’t 100% certain on, and they threw in a veil for free. Thanks for a great and positive experience.

WOW! What an amazing experience. Madeleine and the team at Tuscany bridal were fantastic. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we walked in. Madeleine was so friendly and genuine. The dresses were stunning and even though my wedding is only a few months away they could order my dream dress in time. Would highly recommend Tuscany bridal to anyone looking for a wedding dress. By far the best bridal dress shop we visited.

So impressed with Tuscany Bridal. I had Angela helping me and she was AMAZING! Truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and trying on dresses that made me feel good. They also had the dresses in bigger sizes so it was so much better for my confidence trying on dresses that were too big than too small. It also helped me get a better idea of what the dress would look like. I couldn't be happier with my experience and my stunning dress! Thank you Angela and Tuscany Bridal!

I have a good experience with Tuscany Bridal, the team is very professional and friendly. Especially Angela who assisted me patiently. They have a big collection of wedding gowns and accessories. What an unforgettable day I had at Tuscany Bridal! Jules and the Tuscany Team were absolutely amazing. They made my ladies and I feel right at home while searching for my dream dress. I didn’t even know what my dream dress looked like until embarking on the journey with Jules. She lead the way all the while paying close attention to my style, personality, and budget 😉. Finally, she successfully combined it all into presenting me with “THE DRESS” my dream dress!

Such a wide range of dresses, great for people who are not sure what they want. The staff member who helped me was great (can’t remember her name) but while I was trying on a dress the manager demanded that she needed it for her client. Didn’t let this ruin my experience though.

Tuscany Bridal was the first shop I visited for my wedding dress and I am glad I did. Angela at the Tuscany was a true angel! She understood my style right away and made the whole process so stress free. I managed to find “the one” with less than an hour. I cannot recommend Angela enough for staying so positive and excited the whole time and for the whole service and styling she did on Saturday!

worst bridal shop ever- they measured wrong, and accused of putting on weight in 2 months which is wrong- the dress was 2 sizes too small, not helpful and very rude! This shop is quick to take your money and not provide service!!

I couldn't recommend Tuscany Bridal high enough. I was a first time older bride, prior to going into Tuscany my friend and I had been to 5 other shops, Tuscany was the only bridal shop to actually acknowledge us. Lucy was the absolute best new exactly what suited me and was honest with the styles. I was a bit slack at getting a dress not knowing what I wanted or suited and if it weren't for Lucy I probably wouldn't have worn a wedding gown at all.

The staff are very helpful, however there's a huge sense of rush when visiting the store and trying on dresses due to how busy they are so you just have to be prepared for the peak periods.

There is such a huge variety of dresses at reasonable prices and they are happy to provide recommendations and let you try on different styles.

Overall it was a good experience, however due to how busy and popular they are, there is a lack of flexibility towards customers. (For example I could only pick up my dress & have a final fitting on a certain day at a certain time. I understand they are busy, but most of us have full time careers.)

The quality of the dresses are superb and I would recommend it based on this factor.

If i could give zero stars i would, i hate giving them even a 1.. i went to this store with some friends to watch them try on bridesmaid dresseswe stood at the front desk for 10mins before being asked if we had an appointmentthen we were told the bridesmaid dresses are down the back "go have a look"then when the 3 girls were trying on dresses in a change room, another seriously rude and haggered woman ask them to move into one change room (thats right 3 girls in one change room) so she could fit a bride in the other.and told them they could only look in one mirror coz her bride needed this oneno bride turned up before we walked out. What a horrid cramped miserably staffed business 👎👎🖕

Regret buying my dress from here.

I had so many issues with tuscany staff but my main advice is to make sure you keep original receipts, when I went and picked up my dress the receipt had been amended on there computer and my veil was not on it, this caused a lot of issues which were all apparently my fault and at my cost. The staff was practically saying I was lying and I was "confused"- my bridal party were in shock with the way they treated me, it was a very underwhelming experience.
They are very disorganised and rude. Once that first payment is made it's all down hill from there. Will not recommend and am so glad I do not have to deal with them anymore

Antonia looked after me when I was looking for a dress. I tried on about 6 dresses. She was very patient and kind helping me put on the really heavy dresses. She was easy to talk to, I told her the style I wanted and she picked up some more dresses that she think I might like. Tuscany was very busy that Saturday but everyone in the place was nice and it wasnt chaotic, compared to some bridal place we've been too where shoes/dresses/etc can be seen lying on ramdom places, etc

Initially very nice atmosphere, ladies were bubbly, very helpful but once the bond was paid it all went downhill from there. During 2nd appointment the lady was pushy, unhelpful, unpleasant and actually rude to me, rushing a lot reminding there was another customer booked in 20 mins or so.

Went in here 5 times over the last year to try on one dress, and multiple others each time to keep comparing them. The ladies were wonderful every single time. Finally bought my dress (with 10% off!) in January.

Purchased my dress today. I'm so happy with the service provided. Amanda helped me so much- if it wasn't for her, I would be so lost as to what to wear! She was so helpful & honest, really made shopping alone fun! If you're going to Tuscany, be sure to ask for Amanda!
