Have a relatively easy bike to service.
Found the labour charges to be quite high comparatively to other shops in the area. Discovered the mechanic had done 'extra' work and also pulled down the bike to access spark plugs on a unfairinged bike (not required); this exacerbated the overall cost.
Service manager said we would 'work it out' when I was in-store; was charged same amount.
If you lend a friend $5 and he doesn't return it - its $5 well spent. Enjoy the $40 extra you charged me in service - I wont be back.response / report this review
