I am a small business and have been using TWC for several years. I recently took long service leave and due to inactivity TWC said I no longer meet their criteria to hold an account. They gave me no notice before closing my account. I had no idea until I went to place orders which I now can’t fulfil until I find a new supplier.
It’s disappointing that TWC don’t support small business. Do not recommend using them.

We have been using TWC for over 20 years and highly recommend them. The products are excellent quality and delivery time very reasonable. Customer service is great and any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. Very happy with the team at Total Window Concepts 😀

I have tried to use TWC over two years and it is honestly one of the worst blinds companies ive ever had to deal with. Broken or damaged blinds, no communication or customer service and zero compensation for issues caused by them. They love to deflect responsibility, will never use again and strongly recommend you avoid.

Having used them for around 3 years, TWC was great to use when Megan was the account Manager. Once she left the company has been going downhill ever since. Bad customer service, damaged blinds and shutters constantly. They also sent out wrong parts multiple times and the ladies in the office insisted on charging me for the parts that I ordered in the first place. glad to have gone to a different supplier.

Having used TWC for 20 years now, I can honestly say they have been an exceptional company to work with. The products are of a high quality. What I have been most impressed with over the years, is their communication. Always keeping us updated, acting swiftly when we have any concerns - which is hard to fine these days.
