  Amazing job done by moli. Got my honda accord detailed. It was a steam detailing having a white interior. Really surprised how it turns up. And shine. I definitely recommend this. They come to your place. Get it a shot guys thanks

  Moli did a fantastic job on my car, he even manage to take out the scratches which I wasn't even expecting. Simply amazed by his work.
  Definitely getting him back for my other car.
  Highly recommended!

  Unfortunately I truly had a bad experience with Prayag and his company. Firstly, the customer service is inconsistent and after booking a time and taking off work, I was left being told the time was no longer available and that I would need to reschedule. I forgave this…replies were very slow and I was told this was due to a busy schedule - understandable, not exactly acceptable.
  
  A 9am start was confirmed multiple times inc the day of, though the service began at 10am after consistent messages that he would not be much longer to arrive.
  
  I was given a list of things that would be done to the car, once confirming this list at 10am being quite anxious with the unreliability received so far… I was met with a laugh “no that’s not what is included”… confused and frustrated I said that I would not want the service to continue at the quoted price then. The cleaner insisted he begin and then review his work at the end. I let him do the job hoping his confidence would match the work… after talking to the neighbours about his company, cleaning the engine which was not included in the agreement and rushing through this half-clean I was met with my car looking like it was cleaned at a car wash.
  
  There are now NEW stains, streaks all over my dashboard and still pieces of sand/ rock in the still marked leather seats (which were apparently deep cleaned) … I explained this to him while sharing that I am uncomfortable with the price as a result and I was met with a rude, aggressive attitude and a demanding to get him his money. I offered a few $10s less for received disgusting service… what else was I to expect, but an attitude. Disappointed and sad that I gave him a chance and he ripped me off and wrecked parts of my car that I now have to clean… I have also recently found out that he actually overcharged me for the service given compared to what was advertised. I regret using this service and never will again. People should really be careful.
  
  While I wish this company luck and success, which I shared with them and was met with sarcasm… I needed to share this truth in order for improvement as I am truly sad that I subjected my beautiful car and hard earned money to this experience.
  
  I lost my money, wasted my time and now have to re-clean parts of the car myself.
  
  Not sure how to add photographs… wish I could. Beware. And to the owners… please respect your customers more. This is so unfair.
