My Mum had her head pushed more than once by a young female staff member during an eye field test. The Specialist was not there this day. She was due to see him the following week but was upset so cancelled the appointment. My Mum did not tell me about it until after she had cancelled the appointment.

My mother, visiting from the UK, attended the clinic for eye treatment (an eye injection). She had an excellent experience. All staff were very polite and professional. Dr Cheng was fantastic, and my mother didn't feel the injection procedure at all (not the same in the UK apparently). The Peninsula Eye Clinic certainly gets the Five Star award and is highly recommended!!!

I attended an appointment and was fortunate to be assited quickly, due to a degree of urgency with my health problem. The specialist was delightful and found no issues, despite my vision becoming dim and constant eye pain. I was questioned about MS in my family and told to come back if it got worse, as it could be nerve pain (but "there are lots of nerves and it's hard to test.") This cost over $300 and left me quite anxious about what the problem is. 2 weeks later, I am still in pain and the issues are worse.

I tried to book another appointment, but my dealings with the receptionist were nothing short of unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. Rather than have any compassion, I was met with a combative, condescending attitude. She was more interested in being defensive than helping me. Zero urgency despite my symptoms or initial advice. Extraordinarily unimpressed.

This new clinic is bright and very modern, its easily accessible with a ramp for the disabled and car parking is a breeze. The staff are super-efficient and very personable. I was delighted to find that the treatment process went effortlessly from one phase to the next which resulted in minimum time delay. I presented myself at 9-00AM for Dr Edward Roufail and after a series of tests was ready to leave at 10-0AM. Past treatments at another location often extended beyond two hours so this new centre is vastly more efficient. Highly recommend the new centre and the services of Doctor Edward Roufail and his team.
