The whole team were always very friendly and professional.

Serina Thomson represented me in my child related proceedings which ultimately ended a little over a month prior to an expedited trial. Without ever even having had a DR Conference (mediation event) final orders were agreed by consent between the respondent mother and myself.

Obviously, one cannot reveal specific details of such a case. Vexatious allegations were made about myself, in response to my initial filing to court. Allegations made in order to restrict access between my then 6 month old baby and myself.

In contemporary society, if allegations are made about a man then almost all people will presume him guilty without trial. Thankfully, Serina is balanced, professional and discerning.

Serina was not the first solicitor who represented me in the proceedings. Indeed, there were times that I had no choice but to self-represent.

Serina’s advice, counsel and representation were significant factors in the matter resolving the way it ultimately did. After just under two years in the court system, the best interests of my child finally came first.

Much as I sincerely hope that I will never have to be involved in the Family Court system again, were I to be forced to be, Serina would certainly be the person I would ask to represent me.

My sincere thanks to Serina and her team for doing a fantastic job.
