I am horrified at how my case has been handled and then the customer service I have received from a law clerk.

I had a phone call with a law clerk to apply for legal aid through Bloxham Legal and was told Craig only had to check over the application and then submit it, if there were any issues I would be contacted.

Fast forward to 4 weeks I contact Legal Aid themselves to check the status of my application and they said it did not exist! They were shocked and suggested I contact this firm and have the application put through as urgent.

According to some nameless person via live chat I was told that Craig was still working on my application 4 weeks later!! And they would no longer be representing me because I posted this info on their Facebook page. In 4 weeks I could have had another firm actively working on my case.

Save your time and money..

I would give them zero stars if I could. They have given me bad advice from the beginning. They told me I had a strong case and it would be a matter of weeks, 9 months and $8500 later they tell me they don't have the resources to continue, and have advised me to find another firm. They have generously offered to refund the used funds in trust. It's taken them two weeks to answer my email, which he didn't address any of my questions. I now have less than two weeks to find a new lawyer, pay them for the discovery time that I already paid Bloxham and hope for the best. I would recommend skipping this firm and just finding any other firm. Disgraceful!
