Misleading advertising. Read this sign and assumed wrapping would be provided after buying a card but was told after that an additional item would have to be bought to qualify

6 dollars for a card that the plastic wasn't even sealed on properly and was slightly dirty. Rip off!

The manager LUCY VELLER refused to accept a defective item which is dangerous for lungs and not suitable for everyday use. She gave some weird reason not to refund. Very arrogant and has no sense of good customer service. I am complaining this to the head office on Monday. Will update the review.

UPDATE: After calling their corporate office , the regional manager approved the refund and apologized for the inconvenience. So if something happens at the store, call their corporate office and they will help with your refund/request.

I have visited this store frequently for the past 2 years and experienced nothing but exceptional service from all of their staff.
My advice to the customer that decided to name and shame a worker on the front line in retail is to be the bigger man and contact the customer service line for a solution when told verbally company policy .

Be sure to bring your own bag, otherwise the attendant will be unpleasant and treat you badly.
As a tourist I really felt discriminated and gave up a $ 150 AUD purchase.

I purchased 5 Items today, was only charged for three but was Still overcharged as for two of the Items i was charged allmost triple the amount priced on them. Had to be refunded for Those two Items and had to repurchase four Items to discover the codes on the Items did not match the price ticketed on them. This is failure from the most basic level. The cashier who put the Items through first did not greet me or chat, he had no customer service quality at all, and the assistant who had to fix the whole mess Although apologetic could only spout her refunds policy. At this time of year especially you need to be more vigilant with pricing and with having staff on who can actualy communicate and make customers feel valued.
