We were ready to buy a bed and mattress and after visiting 3 bed shops in the area we were not only ignored but not even greeted once in the shop and asked if we needed any assistance.
That was until we entered BEDWORLD.
Anand was so attentive and informative it took us only 15 minutes to decide on the bed and mattress we needed.
Would highly recommend Anand at BEDWORLD for great customer service, excellent after sale service, Anand delivered and assembled the bed within the week.
Anand at Bedworld was very helpful in assisting us to choose the bed we eventually purchased without any pressure. Once purchased he offered to pick it up at the factory rather than waiting for delivery and deliver it that evening. As we were not going to be home he offered to deliver it the next afternoon and did. The service provided could not be faulted
I have purchased two single-bed mattresses and I loved them. High quality and the price is very worthy. I definitely recommend this store to buy. In addition, the owner and his wife are very friendly!
Great knowledge, lots of time spent explaining the differences between beds and mattresses. I was never rushed and made the right decision for me. Happy to store my bed until I move which is great. So looking forward to to the move and sleeping on my new fabulous bed. Thankyou for all your help.
Do not shop here. Friendly and great instore service but they don't want a bar of you after they have your money. Hard to get them to call back as promised, or generally communicate, and very hard to resolve a complaint when they delivered my bed from over east late and in the wrong colour.
Manager is very difficult to deal with if he thinks you want a refund, despite bed being clearly a different colour than labelled on box and advertised online (grey rather than cream). Questioned my eyesight, told me to go to bunnings and get a colour chart.
I did and the closest colours are spectrum of light grey (Taubmans Quill colour is closest). Paint specialists agreed that cream would generally be of a pastel yellow tone or at least of a beige/yellow tinge.
I just want my money back on a product sold to me that is different than was described and advertised. But looks like I'll have to contact WA Commerce Department for help because manager believes light grey is a valid variation of cream.
Irony is that I likely would have bought a more expensive bed as replacement/exchange from these guys if they hadn't been so bad at after-sales service and accepting the product isn't as described.
Edit: Posted photo below of metal "cream" bed delivered to me against colour samples from Bunnings, the ones below being variations of grey. I leave it to readers to decide whether the pole is cream as the manager asserts, or grey as the colour charts show.
