Worst staff I've ever seen, they have absolute no knowledge of anything they sell in store.. can you's not do some training ? Even just a little??

Worker didn't know that the store they work at does price matching. It says on signs in the store, on ads and is well known for price beat plus take 10% off too. Pretty ridiculous a staff member doesn't know this.

I have purchased a taylor's mannequin online and set a date to pick up. A nice lady at the front conter assisted me and gave directions where to find the collection booth. When I got there, another friendly staff greeted me, scanned my code, checked my ID and went in the back to grab my order. It was a smooth process and I was happy with the service.

Do you hire people based on mannerisms? Have to be rude to qualify? Came in to get my son's birthday balloons on the 29th April, they didn't want to talk to me, the two girls had a great time having their own conversations, they seemed annoyed that I even wanted to purchase balloons, chewing gum and smacking her lips and giving me attitude. Seems I'm not the only one with the same experience.

NO STARS! Went into this terrible store and spent over a 1000 dollars. John “the manager” who looked like a security guard that hadn’t washed his clothes in a week .Although he told me he had a iPhone charger could not let me plug it in to pay for the rest of my stuff, he told me it was against store policy and it was in his contract haha. After he was very rude to me I left and he headed to put my stuff back on the shelf.
