  I was impressed with the professionalism of The Truss People from first contact to delivery. Victor, Robert, Nada and Tim, were most helpful and responsive to all my queries. Delivery was on schedule and without fuss. The delivery personal were experienced operators and in fitting with the company, most helpful. I have an upcoming project and will definitely use The Truss People again.

  I am doing a small job for a friend and required only 9 trusses, spanning almost 6 metres, 1200 centres.
  
  My initial contact was with Robert, his service was exemplary, and patience exceptional. I dealt with him throughout. A competent and reliable guy.
  
  I changed the pitch a couple of times but he was back with a revised quote within half an hour each time.
  
  Their quote wasn't quite the cheapest, but their reviews were better than others so I ordered, and they were ready within days, well ahead of the nominated time.
  
  Their delivery cost was expensive, but I'm guessing that they use a third party provider, and the cost would have been the same for a full house of trusses, so that's not a negative. I found a crane truck operator who was cheaper to do the job, not a lot cheaper, but when the entire budget was only $13,000, every bit helps.
  
  Dealing with The Truss People was an enjoyable experience, a rarity in the building industry. Nothing was too inconvenient or difficult.
  
  I thoroughly recommend their service. 🙂🙂

  These guys are fantastic. We are extremely happy with the end result of our frames and trusses (so was our carpenter!). The Truss People were very helpful with complex issues on our architect plans and delivered on time as promised.
