Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, fantastic value and location. We stay in a family suite with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms, great for a family.

This boutique hotel sits smack bag in the hub of double bay so close to everything you need the rooms are comfortable well appointed and clean and the management and staff cannot do enough to make your stay memorable definitely returning here

Mediocre hotel with addon costs for everything. Extra for brekfast, $4 for 500mb data etc.

Good location but rooms facing Knox Street can be noisy. Rooms nicely furnished. Good value on-premises breakfast. On downside, mould on bathroom ceiling in our room and no free WiFi.

Their customer service is very great. We book as family, they are really kind and understanding about our circumstances. Beautiful hotel with pretty surroundings. We will definitely come back :) Thank you for your kind hospitality

I knew I was getting a room without windows, so I was ok with that. The bed was excellent with great pillows, which is the key thing you are looking for. I have to place a negative in that the shower was almost impossible to get right. Either scorching hot or ice cold. Took me 15 minutes to get it to a point where I could make it luke warm. Positives outweigh the negative and would stay again.

We love staying at the savoy,close to the city,ferry's, and good restaurants A good hotel in a village atmosphere! Only bad thing the lift can be dodgy the rooms a clean a just big enough.

Rooms are very clean and presentation . With a Queen size bed and 3 single beds, my family felt very comfortable. And about 300m away, there's unlimited side street parking (except Tue). Staff were very friendly. Great place to stay. Lots of shops and food places around. A short walk to the ferry terminal. Will stay here again.
