Great location, lovely to sit and watch the Roo's while chatting to the Cocky's.
Warm duvet's provided but must provide top and bottom sheets and towls. BBQ area and games room very dirty as was the kitchen window cill. Games room is though great for kids and adults, good selection of games to play and electronic blankets when it's cold.

This holiday house is a ripper , clean roomy and with all the the things you need for a holiday .
There is a abundance of wildlife which you expect from the grampians.
Overall for us a 5 star rating and we will be back for sure
