The best massage I have had in a long time. So much care taken to ensure you are fully relaxed! I was so relaxed I fell asleep.

Fantastic customer service. Myself and my mum were down for a couple of days and Amanda opened up on her day off just so we could have a relaxing massage. Was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend to everybody travelling to Halls Gap.

You'll be lucky if you're able to get a booking here, as they are limited. Amanda has created the most warm, inviting, serene and energizing space. I had the Balance Massage (not quite knowing what to expect!) and it was pure bliss Amanda is a radiant soul and that extends into her treatments. Also do yourself a favour and get one of her homemade candles they are delightful!

Amanda was so lovely, the place was so peaceful (you can hear wild birds in the grampians,) excellent treatment and good value. I had a massage and a facial, both were outstanding. Really nice scented, natural products. Would absolutely recommend!

I was a past client of this business 2 years ago and was happy with my experience then, so last year I called a week ahead of my holiday to the Grampians to book an appointment. I was initially told they were booked out, then sent a further email as I was very keen to book in asking if they could let me know by the end of the day if they could "anything to accommodate me" as if not I needed to move pretty quickly to book elsewhere. During the day I sent a couple of polite follow up emails as there was no automatic response sent advising a normal turnaround time to respond to emailed enquiries at the time (the business now send such a response) and received no response. By 6.30pm after close of business I was still in the dark and felt disappointed at the lack of response and sent a further email expressing my disappointment and flagged that I would be passing on feedback to the Grampians Visitor Information Centre. It then took the Owner 56 minutes to respond by email stating "We are currently closed at the moment as we are in the middle of moving our business into Halls Gap (as per our phone message)". In fact I had not called the business and did not hear any such message. The owner just made an assumption. She then completely floored me with this - " In 7 years of operating, I have never received multiple and negative emails such as yours today. I hope you have an enjoyable visit to the Grampians.". I sent polite and courteous follow up emails, and so it was very disappointing to be accused of sending "multiple negative emails” by the business. And there was no effort to suggest another Day Spa in the Region who I might try. It was just atrocious customer service. In the end I decided to put that behind me and let it go. Anyway, a year later I decided to give this business another go, so this time I emailed 2 weeks ahead of my trip enquiring if they had an appointment at "any time" over the whole week I was staying in Halls Gap.This time, there was an automatic response advising a response would be provided within 2 days, and the owner duly responded 2 days later to advise they were booked out the whole week and could not assist me, and referred me to another Day Spa in Stawell. The owner knew I was on holiday from Melbourne, yet made no offer to contact me if she got a cancellation which confirmed my suspicion I had been blackballed. So I sent a calm and rational response to the owner stating that her response suggested she was trying to fob me off and that clearly she didn't want my business. I also suggested I may write a negative review about my experience. In the end, I actually decided to let it go and just put the whole episode behind me. But today, I received multiple calls from a Senior Officer of Victoria Police. So I returned the Officer's call not having the foggiest idea what they wanted only to be informed the Owner of this business had made a formal complaint about me! The Officer had the full transcript of my emails, so I asked him was there anything in my emails which was aggressive or constituted an implied or direct threat, to which I was told "no". In other words this was not a Police matter and the Owner simply made a frivolous complaint about me it would seem try to intimidate me from passing on feedback to the Visitor Information Centre (or presumably from posting any negative review online). I was so upset about today’s events that I decided to post about my experiences. I have had many positive experiences with other Health practitioners in the past, but this has been by far the worst.
