EDIT: I've since had a personal follow up with another staff member who apologised and offered to rectify the customer service process for future clients. -
Terrible front office and admin customer service. Rebate not processed for 2 weeks and then only after emailing. Payment options continually changed and the client then made to feel like they were in the wrong through condescending emails. Outstanding payment messages, texts and emails, continually sent to 15yr old patient and parent even though payment was made same day as invoice sent. Psychologist seen was too young and inexperienced. Needs further training if going to deal with young teens.response / report this review -
