Made an eat club order for pick up which wasn't ready when I got there for pick up, was told to wait a few more minutes which is fine.
But later the person at the counter had to come and ask what I ordered? And then came a second time to check if it was a chicken or beef schnitzel. Food came 25 minutes later so I am under the impression that they never received my order, restaurant was empty and not many pick up orders as well so it was not because they were busy. Received an apology for the wait at least.
Was hoping the food itself could redeem my initial experience however was very disappointed.
Angus beef schnitzel - beef was very chewy and stringy, crumb soggy beyond belief, chips tasted old and stale, salad didn't seem fresh.
Mushroom and chicken truffle risotto - was not too bad, a tad over seasoned but enjoyed having a bite in-between the other dishes.
Truffle mushroom pizza -Cold and soggy, not sure if I tasted the truffle
Overall pretty bad experience, am always happy to support small business but I won't be giving this place another chance for awhile. especially not for order pick up through eatcub.response / report this review -

Such a spectacular experience, I’ve ordered twice from this place now and haven’t been disappointed.
The food is amazing, such quality ingredients.
The customer service and dining experience was absolutely brilliant. 10/10 my new favourite spot. :)response / report this review -

If you haven’t been here and tried their food, you’re missing out! I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It ticked all the boxes — quality and taste of food, customers service and value for money. You must try their arancini balls and the homemade dips. Can’t wait to bring our friends here!

My Partner and I came here for the first time tonight and the reviews don't lie! The food was incredible, they give you such diverse choices and the customer service was absolutely top notch. We had the Wasabi Prawns and Beef Tapsilog, cooked perfectly and packed full of flavour. 100% will be returning to try your pizza!

Pangaea Kitchen hosted a birthday celebration for us with amazing out of menu dishes. The food was delicious cooked to perfection and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff is welcoming and the service which catered a group of 25 people was very personalised and perfect. So it’s a perfect place for hosting your celebrations. Highly recommended for all those who are looking for a combination of delicious food with amazing service.
