I can’t get in touch with customer service from Canada. The 1800 number doesn’t work from my mobile. There’s no email address and the return call is for local numbers only.
You’re so quick to take my money. I was messaged that my gift package was delivered days ago but it never arrived. Now I can’t find out what’s going on but still you have my $$$!response / report this review -

Disgraceful. Despicable customer service. Should not call it that, customer aggravation and gaslighting is what they do. When you get nowhere with "customer service" and put a review online they will respond with what seems like a real person and tell you to contact them if the problem isn't fixed. Of course, nothing happens after sending that email when the problem isn't fixed.
My items are in a locker that is broken. They refuse to fix the locker. They also refuse to refund my money.
Under no circumstances have your packages delivered to a locker, like me you my never be able to retrieve your orders and not get a refund.

The worse delivery service you'll ever see. Many complaints go unanswered. Always dumping packages over fences, leaving it where someone can steal it.. When putting a sign on the property to tell them where to deliver it, guess what? They dump it on the ground next to an open gate instead of walking it up to the door. Lazy and pathetic delivery drivers. You've been warned!

They dont deliver my packages properly and always say they'll do it tomorrow. Ill be sticking with Ebay permanently
