We have been disappointed with the poor service from Grays. We purchased and paid for two pieces of equipment and waited a month for them to be reconditioned. After we were advised the work was finished and numerous calls and emails later, we found out that the equipment was not dispatched for a further two weeks and when it was, it was sent with a trucking service from Melbourne via Adelaide to Brisbane with no firm delivery date. Finally delivery was organised for a Monday morning two weeks after dispatch, and we made arrangements to be available to supervise the heavy equipment being placed in position in our new medical gym. Instead it was delivered on Sunday afternoon with no prior contact, and left in the corridor for the doctor and secretaries to manoeuvre into the gym. The equipment is in working order but the spin bike has a minor fault. It is very hard to recommend this company, especially if you are a one-off purchaser with a relatively small order.
