Can only really comment on the beer (of which I had quite a bit). Great selection and helpful and knowledgeable staff. Update, have now eaten there as well and the meals are also good with an interesting menu and vegetarian options. Also the upstairs dining area is quite large and charming. Definitely a recommended place for an evening out.

The Mallow is a great little pub that has a very good trivia night that we attend in Summer. The food is average but they occasionally have a special that I like. Not a pub for vegetarians but a great variety of Beers makes the trip worthwhile.

Nice and cosy with a trendy vibe. Food is great and there's an ever changing selection of beer. The bar staff know their stuff and offer samples of the beers before you buy.

We recently had our engagement - baby shower party here and wouldn't have wanted it anywhere else. The upstairs room was lovely, the staff were absolutely wonderful and the food was delicious.

A great pub with lots of craft beer on tap and really good food.
It also looks really nice inside and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
I usually try and pop in for a brew whenever I'm passing.

Where do I begin? Best boutique beer selection in Ballarat. Many other options to choose from if that's not your thing.

The staff are amazing. You don't feel like you're at a pub. Everyone knows their stuff - they're passionate and are genuinely happy to be there. I find that so rare.

All of the food options I've ever tried are perfect.

Howevertheir home made wedges and sweet chilli dip will change your life.

Atmosphere is the best in Ballarat. Go. Enjoy. Have fun!
