The lake view is small inside the service was alright the meal was alright but won't go again

Great view and more enable with a tasty cider. Had a pizza for 6$ because it was 6 o'clock. If I arrived later it would cost whatever the hour was, glad I didn't arrive at 12.

Had a mates wedding here and it was perfect. The dj vroom room was a great size with a funky bar. The staff were all great and the food was too notch! Good selections if beers on tap including a great ginger beer. Would recommend for functions.

Always a great meal, with a varied menu and lovely atmosphere. The staff go out of their way to be helpful, and it's right on the beautiful Lake Wendouree. They also have a courtesy bus, which means you can stay for a few drinks, and is especially handy because they're not in the CBD.

The food was reasonably good, though not necessarily special. The staff were friendly and good, happy to advice on wine and beer choices to complement meals. The atmosphere is casual. Food service did, however, take far longer than it should have.

Have always received friendly and prompt service. Nathan and the team always make you feel welcome. Great views (obviously) as well as clean and modern facilities. Food is consistently good and restaurant is friendly to kids.

Very friendly hard working staff who take care of every one quickly and without fuss. The kitchen can be relied on to be open all the time with just what you need to eat in or take away. There is no disappointment here.😀

The food at the Lake View is exceptional. Our waiter was personable but professional through offered insights into the drinks menu. The only hangup is the hovering of other staff members in order to grab empty glasses. On an empty night, I'd appreciate being able to chat to friends and family without the impression that I need to leave.

Awful decor, no atmosphereScotch fillet steak tasted like charcoal, fries were a soggy mess, vegetables were plain and undercooked. Overall just an awful experience.

My partner and I go to the Lake View regularly, whether its breakfast, lunch or tea the meals are consistently good. The staff are friendly and accommodate for us having a pram. Overall great quality food and a good atmosphere to have just a drink.

You wait a long time for food. Pizza's are priced like a restaurant but taste like bought bases with very little toppings. Also don't think the worker clearly on drugs should be dealing with your customers. However It is perfectly located
