  Bed was comfortable and room well appointed. Staff were friendly and highly professional. Food and wine was generally delicious. But the vegetarian tacos weren't vegetarian and the showers clearly weren't non slip.

  Great place for weekend retreat. One of the best golf courses. Great food at Bella restaurant if you are keen to taste Yarra Valley local produce.

  This Golf Club does not value it's customers as I recently paid for a cart which was meant to be $35.00. Renee in the Pro Shop made an error and charged me $70.00. the transaction was done by tap & go and I only discovered this over charge when I arrived home later in the day. When I called her she apologised and admitted her mistake but said I had to talk to Taylor. Taylor also apologised for the error and redirected me to Frank who said he needed to talk to the Pro Shop to verify the error and he would return my call. To date I have spoken to Renee, Taylor, Christian, Jessica, Frank all admitting their error but I have never received a call back (continually promised) or have I been recompensed for the error.
  I would think their reputation would be worth more than $35.00!!.
  My husband & I have played at The Heritage and stayed at their accommodation many times over the years but never again! I consider this to be an act of fraud and very poor conduct from their staff. What some people do for $35.00!!!!!!!!!

  Good, challenging course. Rough was particularly long, so very hard to find any balls that weren't on the fairway. A few of the greens were a bit patchy.
  The few hundred Kangaroos that line the fairways make for interesting spectators

  Sent us out on the Henley course. No course guide or gps. Wouldnt let us play in the comp on the obviously more looked after other course. Not worth the trip when there are so many other courses in Melbourne that make you feel welcome as visitors.

  Just had a great high tea. Eat as much as you like bottomless champagne. Lovely. And the rooms are great too
