Smiling is good for you - so make the investment in a great dentist - I highly recommend The Grove Dental! The whole team consistently deliver a really wonderful customer experience. I have had regular dental care, aligners, and whitening, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Also, a big plus is that the staff are all so down to earth, which is so nice.

I chose The Grove Dental Rouse Hill to re-acquaint myself with a professional dental check-up after losing access to my regular dentist of nearly 12 years.
When I booked, my wife and I in, they were extremely accommodating to our requirements of back to back appointments due to a newborn.
The clinic itself is meticulous and inviting while the waiting spaces were comfortable.
My appointment was with Lucas, who was friendly, communicative and very thorough. Their equipment is state of the art and you can really feel that they put patient comfort first through a number of innovative and creative methods as well as through sheer good manners and a genuine attempt at connecting.
Their transparency around costs and outcomes made me very comfortable to book a wisdom teeth extraction at the end of my visit. I would recommend friends and family to visit The Grove Dental for any dental work without hesitation. I had a wonderful experience at The Grove Dental. Wonderfull atmosphere, clean and pristine environment, very welcoming and kind staff and dental experience was very well explained and conducted. Thank you Dr. Jeremy for a very positive and insightful experience. I appreciate, not only the dental appointment, but the extra time spent thoroughly answering my questions, providing solid feedback and highlighting different solutions. The dental assistant’s are very well trained and amazing at their job. As someone who gets a little nervous about dental work, she was very honest and communicative. Kelly the receptionist was warm, welcoming and kind. She makes a very good first impression to the business. I will definitely be coming again! ☺️

I have been looking for a new dentist I can trust for the longest time and I have finally found them at Grove Dental. Dr Britt was fantastic, super gentle and so knowledgeable. She picked up on things that no other dentist has. I wasn't given any sales pitch or guilted into any unnecessary treatment which meant so much to me. Absolutely recommended!

Dr Britt and her team have completely changed my smile, and I am so grateful for all their work. Their customer service is unmatchable - I am always greeted with a welcoming smile. Throughout the appointment they continuously make sure that I am doing good, with a comforting film on the screen. I can't put into words how happy I am with my new smile, Thank you so much Dr Britt and co.

Dr Britt and her team provide such a stress free experience. Going to the dentist can bring about much anxiety, however, the team at The Grove Dental are so friendly and professional. Dr Britt is so kind and welcoming as well as the entire team, the practice is very efficient and every aspect of your dental care is accounted for. Would recommend for anyone and everyone!

Dr Brit and her team are delightful. Caring, relatable and knowledgeable. I would be so bold as to say this was the most comprehensive and enjoyable checkup I have had. Usually the dentist is something to be endured for the greater good of your teeth but Dr Brit makes you feel at ease and confident in her care. The practise is also wonderfully clean and stylishly presented. I would highly recommend Grove Dental to anyone looking for fantastic and comprehensive care of their pearly whites.

This is definitely the place to go for all your dental needs! The Grove Dental team take the utmost care in making sure each and every patient feels comfortable. Dr Britt is especially great at making the dentist a pleasant experience for children. My 4-year-old daughter was anxious about going to the dentist as most children are. Dr Britt made her fell so comfortable and talked her through the whole thing, until she came out of the clinic with a beaming smile, and didn't want to leave! Every time I go I am greeted with great customer service, smiling faces and genuine care by each staff member working there. I highly recommend booking at the Grove Dental! You won't regret it!

The grove dental was the most pleasant dental experience we have ever had. Reception was welcoming was and very helpful. The environment was beautiful and new and the facilities were immaculate. Dr Britt was so gentle and thorough, she explained everything she was doing and made us feel very comfortable. Our three year old now loves brushing his teeth because he wants to make dr Britt proud! She let him handle her tools and feel very special and at the end of it all he got stickers and gifts so it was a very positive experience. Nice to finally not feel like we were being ripped off. Highly recommended.

Dr Britt and her team are amazing, I've known Britt before she had her own practice and she's honestly the best dentist that I've been to in my life. She takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and at ease, as well as explaining everything she does and why she's doing it, so you understand what's happening. I used to avoid dentists but ever since seeing Dr Britt, I never put off an appointment because it's just a great experience!
I can also say that The Grove has a great aesthetic and everything is so clean and new with a nice minimalist design that it's even nice just being in the waiting room.
I'd highly recommend The Grove Dental to anyone and everyone!response / report this review
