Thank you to Yohansen who provided us with such an amazing watch buying experience!!! Being our first luxury watch purchase we knew there would be a good level of service. However, Yohansen went above and beyond and its safe to say I've never experienced this level of service before. Thanks again!

Just want to commend on the excellent service my wife and I were presented with by your sales representative Yohann. It was not just 5 star customer service, it was a 5 star luxury experience we were treated with. Yohan adapted to our needs and did not make us feel pressured to purchase from the shop, but when we did purchase he definitely made us feel that we achieved something with the complimentary celebration and gifts that he gave us. I would highly recommend this shop, Yohann and the other team members were all professional. Thank you again!

Walked in interested in a watch which was out of stock. The sales lady Michelle and her manager were extremely helpful and took the time to understand our needs and showed a variety of other watches. We ended up choosing another watch based on guidance from Michelle. Unparalleled level of service - we will be visiting again.
