Dr. Carmen is the best surgeon I have had. I did have a bad experience with a member of her staff. This person presented with the following.
No people skills
Passive aggressive.
Lacks empthay.
Has no communication skills when on the phone.
Needs to be educated in active listening skills.

The excuse that was made for her was that she is new to the job.
I find this not good enough if the person is hired to do a job she or he should be aware of all their duties. I almost was not going back to see Dr. Carmen because of demorolising natureI had a call from another staff member that was excellent in her manner.

I had a tummy tuck, breast reduction and liposuction all at once.
Dr Carmen was open and honest from the start. She is a very professional and very compassionate woman and an amazing surgeon. I am honoured to have met her. I am 2 weeks post op and getting better every day. The whole practise including Sophie and nurse Jackie are a delight. Always happy to answer any questions and provide support. I took the initiative to write this review as this is where I found this surgeon.
Exposing your body to a total stranger is confronting as it is so Dr Carmen, Being a female doctor, made me feel at ease. I told her what I wanted and she listened and went beyond! I am so happy I made this choice as I had been searching for a long time.
The anaesthetist and hospital she works for are also great. Denise who is the accounts person is also wonderful. I can’t thank Dr Carmen and wonderful team enough !

I had my surgery in 2016 with Dr Carmen. she has listened carefully to my problems, was very patient, humble and understanding. She is really a genuine person and very supportive. I have done tummy tuck for my entire abdominal area. After 11 years and I'm still so satisfied. she amazing with her team. thanks to everyone and special thanks to Dr Carmen.
