Newly-found place to buy inexpensive and nice stuff.Three weeks ago we bought a washing machine and today got an air fryer.The nicest thing about this place is the sales attendant whose customer service is superb and his name is Chris.Keep it up Chris,you are amazing!

Shout out to Chris at the Good Guys Tempe. We’ve been in 3 times since the end of November and each time Chris has looked after us with the best deal (bought a washing machine, printer, air fryer and other smaller items, we even signed on a new electricity deal with a $200 bonus to use in store). He is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. A great person to deal with.

Went into store to purchase all our home essentials and were served by Josh. Not only did we get an incredible deal, he was also extremely honest and had vast product knowledge. Highly recommend seeing Josh for all your needs. Will definitely be shopping there again as well as referring family and friends to him!

Large store off the highway with ample parking at the door. Great selection of electrical appliances, basically everything you can almost think of, but only a select few brands. Some great prices with a spacious and nice setup show area, however at the time hardly any staff to answer questions. Still would be one of the go to stores to compare prices on some brands.

Never again. Just got off the phone to the most condescending staff member who didn't appear to know her own store policy. Was told they were out of stock and that I should have checked the website (I had and explained this). She then rudely informed me that the website counts display models but that they aren't for sale. I said that is obviously confusing and frustrating for perspective buyers and she said that nobody in Sydney would have that product anyway because LG is out of stock. I asked to be put on a wait list and she said they 'don't do that'. What absolute clowns. I bought the washer/dryer for $200 cheaper online 3min after I hung up the phone. The Good Guys loving up to their antithesis. Will never shop there again. What a joke of a business.
