  We couldn't rate Leigh and his team at Pacific Home Loans highly enough! Such a customer focused group with extensive knowledge of all things finance. Organised, prompt and professional, they always kept us up to date and made the entire experience simple and stress free. Have been with them for about ten years with nothing but positive experiences!

  Thanks for the great service. i had tried many times to talk with my bank for a better offer, but they didn't seem to have the time or interest in dealing with me. I rang Leigh, we organised a couple of meetings and i couldn't be happier. He has saved me a few hundred dollars a month and in the long run i should be saving a lot. Cheers Leigh i will definitely be recommending you to my friends.

  Leigh was able to provide my partner and I with an exceptional amount of help getting our first house. After going through two previous brokers who weren’t interested in investing the time and effort for us it was great to meet Leigh and see how dedicated he is to his role in the business.

  Do yourself a favour people, book a phone appointment with Leigh McLachlan!!! He helped me fulfill my dream of buying a home and I have been recommending him to anyone who will listen!! I write this review from the comfort of couch in the lounge room of the place Leigh helped me buy!! Previously had a negative experience with a mortgage broker from a different company so went in to first appointment at Pacific Home Loans feeling nervous and left the appointment feeling empowered. The mortgage was the easy part of buying a home. He patiently answered all my questions, explained all the bank jargon in a way I could understand and seemed to identify quickly that I am a visual learner so would draw it out on the whiteboard so I could understand and then email me the pic of the whiteboard so I could review again at home. I so appreciate the support he gave me throughout the home buying process - he provided me with a balanced, unbiased perspective and trully had my best interests at heart. Can’t recommend him highly enough. I only have positive things to say. Seriously people go see Leigh and he will help you!   We recently completed our purchase of a commercial property through a self managed super fund. Leigh and his team at Pacific Home Loans & Finance helped us along the way and made the process seem a lot more simpler than it actually was. Their customer service is exceptional and professionalism is second to none. Leigh also helped us a few years ago with refinancing our personal property and made this process very seamless also.
  I would highly recommend Leigh and his team and would not hesitate to use them again if needing any finance assistance in the future.
