We have just had the best weekend at the Edgewater B&B in Sanctuary Point. We were a group of 8 long time friends having a 'catch up' weekend away. The Edgewater is the perfect place for a group to get away. The rooms are immaculate and each with their own bathroom. There is a lovely lounge room for chatting and we had a great breakfast out on the back deck overlooking the water and the wildlife. We were very looked after too by the hosts. We will certainly be back!

My husband and I had a great stay at the Edgewater, owners are lovely and service was excellent overall. A very welcoming environment each morning for a cooked breakfast every morning.

Immaculately presented and super friendly owners. The view from the breakfast deck in the morning is fantastic. The building is very modern (which is fine) but has zero character. For the money, it was missing the wow factor.
