Great Japanese restaurant. Glass on the ground though and servings were small. Easy parking out the front.
Good service, very tidy room and good prices
The wifi didn't worked so we went to the office to request assistance, they said that they'll fix it but they did nothing.
Lack of professionnalism. No wifi. The bathroom are nasty.
Good price. Pretty lousy WiFi. Some rooms have mini kitchens. All rooms have small refrigerators and microwaves.
It's more like 4.5 but not really 5.
It is a very nice place as for what it is - a motel. They also have pool and BBQ facilities - simple but good enough.
Rooms are nice, clear and quite spacious. A little bit tired but nothing to be concerned about.
The location is perfect and it has a good vibe.
The owner was really nice and helpful.
The only downside was the price ($162/2ppl) but this might have been due to the triathlon.
I have never been so dissapointed with how I was spoken to on the phone when I was trying to change a date of a holiday & was then hung up on! Will never stay again!
Saw cockroaches in the bathroom and also crawling up the wall near the single bed. The pipes from the Unit upstairs were visible in the bathroom and extremely noisy when the bathroom above us was used. Cracks and chipped tiles in the bathroom and dowdy furniture. I will never stay there again.
Good location, needs a bit of work.
I'd stay here again if only for the location and decent, affordable breakfast. But to be honest, this particular motel brought back memory of school camp. The rooms were large enough to house 10 school kids in a bunk - so it was fine for a couple. But it really felt as if we were stepping back in time to the era of school as well.
If the rates are reasonable, then if you're not expecting anything greater than 2 stars this motel is fine. If you can however book in advance, Jervis Bay offers far more interesting options at a greater price that will worth more bang for your buck.
