Issues with microphone but otherwise fabulous experience
Beautiful, classic, older-style theatre/music venue in the centre of Bendigo's arts district.
Great, intimate venue. Convenient car parking.
I went to the office to buy tickets for a show. The woman who served me was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. She was on the phone with another customer when I got there, but she acknowledged me and that makes all the difference, so I didn't mind waiting my turn.
Historic building with an imposing facade, the capital is a great spot for concerts, right in the heart of city. Friendly and attentive staff, good facilities and a great range of performances on offer.
Great venue. Old world charm. Great place to see a show (and perform).
The Capital is perfect for mid sized shows and I've enjoyed many here over the years. Martha Wainwright, The Spooky Men's Chorale, Michael Franti, Doug Anthony All Stars ALL have been fun and engaging shows helped by the Theatre's great acoustics and friendly staff. Close to great dining but could do to have a better salty snack selection!
Great venue, great location, helpful friendly staff :)
Not recommended for music.Went to see Martha Wainwright but the acoustics were just a mish mash of noise. Good for spoken word though, just not music.
Great performing arts spot, has some great acts and shows on. The building itself is a popular Bendigo landmark and rightly so.
A beautiful building with a great variety of shows on offer.
