Arrived exhausted with heatstroke one day having ridden there in near 40 degree heat to get a basket for my bike (not my wisest move, in retrospect). The staff looked after me while I slowly recovered and gained back my strength with water and cold towels, while another attached the basket to my bike for me.

Very grateful for their assistance. Would not die there again

They are efficient and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about bicycles and they know their prices already. They even know what is wrong with the bike with one look.
