I've been here three times and the customer service is very poor. They do a good job. Very efficient but customer service is what keeps you wanting to come back and after this experience I'd rather not. The girl could not even give a verbal reply to my question about getting eyebrow threading but rather lazily point to a bench seat someone else was sitting on. Which is a small area and not covid safe. So I tried another question, should I come back? Again no response for quite some time before giving the reply "wait". It wasn't until she did my eyebrows that I realised she was so softly spoken that you could not hear what she was saying.
Staff might need some training/development in attentive customer service or communication skills.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
I cannot believe the attitude of the workers here. I am so appalled by the service here, I wouldn’t even come here if it was the last brow parlour.

So my wife normally comes here for her brows because its the best for value but today was absolutely rude and unprofessional. A another lady at counter said there busy and can we come back in 20 minute so we did and when we did we told this indian lady what the other lady said, she had 2 customer waiting and said you have wait which was fine but then she added a coment rudely saying its busy time and you should know that! We walked out immediately and went somewhere else.

Was truly disappointed at the customer service!

Kamrinder is the best for eyebrow threading. I always go to her and she do the best job ever in very less time. It is also cheapest only $10.
