I’ve been coming here for more than 3 years but this time ( 29th December 2021 at 4:40pm) the lady was very rude. As I entered the store she was like, “ I’m done come tomorrow “. Such a horrible customer service. I’ve never been treated that way by other staffs. I can see why this store has got such a poor rating.

Good threading but please be aware that the Google data on what services they offer is wrong - this is a mini store and only offers facial threading; none of the other services provided by larger Beauty & Brow Parlour franchises are offered at this outlet

Terrible experience!! If you want to save your EYEBROWS PLEASE DONT GO HERE 😭
I wish I had looked at the review before going
It’s taken me years to have good thick eyebrows and that was all ruined in minutes
I clearly told the employee of a dark background that I just want a CLEAN and trim and she full thinned out my eye brows and they are uneven! I was so shocked and upset and she just ignored me and said that it was just a clean, my eyebrows don’t even look the same. She saw how disappointed I was and upset but it was almost like she didn’t understand English
I’ll never ecer go back here again and don’t recommend you ladies to either!

The best brow bar for threading and tinting! Always so happy with my brows and lashes after every visit and their prices are super affordable. Highly recommend!

Always very professional and friendly staff especially Mandeep. She is very polite and friendly. Also, good in her work. I always go there just because Of Mandeep.
