  Worst experience ever with reception staff! So rude & unprofessional!

  I used their laser services in the past at their Box Hill Centre back in 2018. I moved to a new area and thought I'd give the Dandenong store a go. I called up, spoke to the Receptionist, and she asked me about what treatment I need and she said I need to book a consult before I can do a treatment. She said the consult is free. I agreed to the consult because they refused to do any treatment without the consult eventhough they already have all my details from the Box Hill store. When I attended, I was seen by a young female therapist, who tried to push me cosmetic products and when I refused, she wasn't happy and became very impatient with me when I asked her questions about the varied treatments she was also trying to sell me, up to about $10K. All in all, she was really unprofessional and the entire experience left a really bad taste in my mouth! She kept on hurrying me to make a decision, stating that I am wasting her time as she has another appointment and my questions are eating into my treatment time, eventually I decided not to proceed to purchase the $10K package due to her high-handed tactics. I said I just wanted to try 1 session of $490 in value first before I decide to spend $10K. She then got up and left the room, and said I am wasting her time and asked me to leave. I asked her for her name, she refused to give it to me, and she then asked the Receptionist to deal with me. The Receptionist said there is nothing she could do except to get Management to contact me as this is the Management's job. She also said I can complain if I want. I have lodged a formal complaint with Health Complaint Commission.

  I totally recommend this place. The service provided by Sue Anne was amazing. She was so interested in helping, she was so professional, gentle and very caring human being. She is so knowledgeable about skin and she was so genuine in wanting to find a solution to the issues I had with my skin.

  The chemical peel treatment I had in Skintech Dandenong with Nurse Yolanda has helped me gained back my confidence. My skin has never been better. Highly recommended for anyone who is seeking help to achieve healthy looking skin.
