Before we arrived i looked at alot of reviews that seemed ok but we were very disappointed. Firstly when we entered our room which was number 33, there was a large black hair on the doona. Then we saw a pubic hair on top of the toilet seat and the seat was loose. Both mornings around 8am we were woken by people below us yelling and reving there motor bikes very loudly. When i dropped the room key off at the office, i explained to the lady about the motor bikes and the loud talking, she apologized and said that normally doesn't happen. Would have been nice if we had some compensation. We won't be returning.

Good location, close to restaurants and beaches. Reasonable price. A little noisy from the traffic on highway.

Fantastic location only moments from the beach and our event in Red Hill. Very tidy rooms and comfortable furnishings. Great place at a great price.

Whilst the rooms were spotless and looked to be recently refurbished the traffic noise was awful. Our Family Room was room No. 1 and located right next to the main road. Some double glazing and a better soundproofed door would not go astray. Also we felt the parking space for this room was dangerous as it butted out into the main driveway entrance. I would not stay here again.

Had a great overnight stay with a local wedding & really enjoyed the hospitality of the owners. Friendly & helpful & our room upstairs was sensational.
