Rooms feeling old and unloved. Need hard clean. Did not even have light bulb in side lamps. Lucky to receive 2 stars

Loved the large spacious room. The styling was modern and the bathroom clean. They were generous with the towels.
Only issue was with the fridge which didn't am to be cold

We had a wedding here and the service are awesome! Had a few "emergency situation" but they managed to handle them gracefully. Food were awesome, they have this really awesome pear soft drink I never seen anywhere else! All in all, we really enjoy their services. Keep up the good work!

Had a wedding and reception booked they were very keen to make sure our deposit was payid that day so I spot wouldn't get taken fair enough then a couple weeks later we decided to move the wedding for 2 years time and asked for our deposit back coming from a family with two children and one income receiving that 1100 back a big thing, it's been one week and still haven't gotten a call back ive called everyday and drove an hour in there as I was instructed to come get a refund on the card I payid with only to when I got there be told that couldn't happen anymore??? Fustrated and angry with there service!

In a total of 2 hours, we had checked in moved suites once and checked out again. We just couldn't stay, it was a disappointing experience. We got swapped from our original suite to another due to dead bugs on our pillow and a leaking air conditioner. The second suite only had 3 pillows (nothing overly dramatic).
We paid for 2 nights, for a suite and the facilities listed on their website. We got there to find their breakfast buffet was closed (bummer but again, whatever), and we found the pool was "under maintenance".
I don't want to be a drama queen, but if I wanted to pay for a bed for a few nights, without a self contained apartment, I would pay $100 for a motel.
Just disappointed that we paid for 2 nights, and nothing was as advertised.

Only plus was the guy at reception was friendly, and we got a full refund upon check out.

Won't be going back though.
