Do not use this french idiot - customer service was absolutely appalling, we had to check on the order twice; the delivery was late and 10 balloons short. I will never use this fool again, it is a wonder he is still in business with his rude behaviour.

Thanks Jean you were amazing. I arranged his services from Sydney and ordered a Ballon Garland, and 100 Treated Helium Ballons for a surprise proposal at Crown Towers Hotel. Jean arrived early and organised through concierge to attend prior to checkin to setup the Ballons at his own initiative which was great because when I arrived I realised I needed another 100 Ballons and he dropped everything and delivered them at 6:30pm at night. My proposal was the following morning so it meant a lot and it finished off the entire look. Thanks so much mate.

If I could give 0 stars I could. Called to order balloons. Said we’d need around 20, the man on the phone said it wasn’t worth his time for so few balloons so because we were desperate because they’re for my autistic daughters birthday we said we’d get as many as needed and he said he can’t be bothered and hung up on us. Honestly really furious.

One stop shop for all your party needs! Fantastic customer service, fantastic products, and a fantastic caring owner!

I can’t rate this shop highly enough. Whenever I need supplies I know where I am going. All emails were responded to promptly. Everything was delivered on time. The balloons and table clothes put a touch to the room that nothing else could.
