  Don't go here. Take your business elsewhere.
  
  A true story: we ordered new laminate floors with Burrows carpets. We were then advised ahead of time of a shipping delay, which was fine, noting we'd received plenty of notice and could rearrange our calendars. Delays do happen, especially when the origin of a product is overseas.
  
  Then, on the new date Burrows had told us installation was to take place (and which they had twice confirmed would go ahead) - nothing happened. No-one calls. No-one arrives. No-one answers the phone. I drive to the store, which is closed: there's a sign on the door saying they are shut without notice. There is no suggested contact number.
  
  I eventually made contact with someone in the afternoon - by then I'd had to miss hours of work, and also put up with the worry that the company had phoenixed and taken our money and run with it. When finally I get through, I'm told that the floorboards didn't arrive on the truck from Sydney that morning. But where was the phone call to me to tell me not to wait around for them? Where was the thought given to the customer who would be receiving them? They seemed surprised we didn't know.
  
  They promise to try again tomorrow, but that they'll call to confirm the installation will go ahead before arriving - at least an hour's warning, they promise, so that I don't have to scramble away from work to get to the property. And what happens instead? I get a hurried phone call from a contractor - with no knowledge of what happened the day prior - wondering where I am and asking me to hurry up and let them in, because they'd been there for 30 minutes already.
  
  The quality of the contractor's workmanship was fine, and the products sold here are high quality, but the customer service and logistical hijinx are not worth the trouble. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else

  Great advice! Thank-you Burrows for being so patient. Instore the staff are so friendly and gave me the best advice when it came to Timber flooring options. They have such a great range, I would happily recommend!

  I am quite disappointed with service of this business. Some 3 months after the flooring was supposedly done the finishing job is still not done and emails and calls to the store and to their contractor is ignored. No sense of responsibility. Brent from the store who msnaged the project scheduled it for 3 days it ended up 9 days.
  I do not recommend this store.
