  Fantastic shop, great location, and so much to choose from. Lisa’s product knowledge was exceptional and she was also super helpful. Definitely will be back for all my party supplies.

  The atmosphere in this place is anything but a party! Wouldn’t hurt putting on some music to liven up the place, especially since your staff speak minimally. Staff don’t want to help or acknowledge your existence.

  Terrific public warehouse of party needs. Balloons of all shapes, sizes and styles - staff very friendly and helpful to make sure everything is just perfect.

  Have gone to Party Supplies Emporium on three separate occasions due to it being close to my house and each time, the staff has been rude, wasn't even greeted when there was no other customer in store, tried looking for a particular item and was rudely answered. Also enquired online if they could order some stock for me from their online store, had no response. Decided my third visit would be my last one as I walked into the store and the lady walked past twice without any 'hello' or 'can I help you today', also the lady grabbed the boxes of stock on their trolley and wheeled the trolley and pushed us out of the way without saying anything.

  Drastically different range of stock compared to website. Went in store after 7 items I saw on website. Not 1 of those items is stocked in store. Perhaps add an "online only" to those ranges of items. Or atleast be polite and helpful when someone comes in asking.
