Very impressed with the level of expertise and service from Termite Solutions Victoria. From my initial enquiry and booking with Maureen, Anita and David, right through to the initial inspection with Jason, follow-up treatment, management/prevention with the team. I found the entire team at Termite Solutions Victoria were quite thorough with their in-depth approach, professionalism and immense level of expertise. I have used other pest control services previously and there is just no comparison, not even close - don't bother going elsewhere if you want to get the best job done possible and want peace of mind. They did an excellent job going above and beyond to accommodate us, even working on a public holiday (thank you Brett and David), as well as removing a great deal of discarded construction material from under the house which was not easily accessible and really they did not have to. Importantly they know their stuff, they do it well and are clearly a leader in their industry/field. What a great team, will definitely use again, highly recommend! Thank you David, Brett, Jason and Paul, job well done and great service!

Brett and his team at Termite Solutions are the best! The only company prepared to come and have a look at the insect problem in my old weatherboard house without booking an expensive site inspection in the first instance. Brett was happy to see photos the moment I contacted Termite Solutions to see if he could identify the insect. I immediately received his opinion and a follow up from the Technical Team that it wasn't termites. Unbelievable customer support and I wasn't even a customer! I booked an inspection and Dave part of the Termite Solutions team who was fantastic inspected the problem and gave it a treatment which fixed the problem there and then. Haven't seen any more insects since.
Such an honest company with wonderful customer service.
Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Brett and team helped with applying termite treatment around our house (sub-floor) as a preventative measure. The consultative process was simple, they came to the house to give us a quote and on the day of the job, the team showed up bright and early and got everything done on the same day. They were respectful and easy to talk to. We don’t have termites right now and hopefully never will! But if we do, I’m sure the team would be the first people we call. :)

Our place doesn't have much clearance under our floor boards, however, the team that came out got under from a very tight ext access point and worked their way all around our sub-floor and where very thorough even changing their attack plan after discovering a massive mud pile beneath our bathroom. Many thanks guys!! they were fantastic answering my questions too. Can't recommended highly enough!
