We are absolutely thrilled with the look and performance of our brilliant replacement German Aluplast upvc low E, argon,double glazed sliding windows ,with matching fly screens, and smart-slide door. (White on the inside and Anthracite grey on the outside).
After extensive online research, 3 quotes and 3 visits to the Dandenong factory and many emails later, we were satisfied that by choosing Astellite we had the best product at the best price!
Mario was patient, knowledgeable, honest and passionate about his product and his communication was excellent.
The installation team of Mario, Piotr and Lukas arrived as scheduled and took 1 long day instead of 2 to complete the job, doing a neat and efficient job, tidied up afterwards and took away the old stuff.
We’ll be back to replace the remainder of our old timber windows and doors, next year hopefully.
Highly recommended.

Windows are gorgeous, totally changed the room. No drafts and noise like I had with old wind out windows. Mario and Peter were so helpful and answered all my questions. They are very neat and I was expecting a big cleaning job (as you do after Renos) but I was surprised at how little there was for me to do after installation. Would absolutely recommend and will be getting them back to replace some more after seeing how good they look.

Amazing product compared to others we saw and ahd way better lead time(which I was suspicious about) but they actually started way earlier. Mario's and his team's expertise was second to none and incredibly collaborative from the outset. Their customer service prior to, and during installation was out of this world, and they were the only company to actually come out with no prompting to look at all the windows and the house prior to quoting. Best installation experience yet with no variations for a very difficult old install. Sales team are the actual installers, not a Sales Rep with no technical expertise or install experience who is just wanting a signature or an order under pressure as we experienced with others!
Job was done so quickly, in 2 days. Their Professionalism was just absolutely amazing. We had 5 rooms replacing our [full height] floor to ceiling (2+metres) and full room length (3.5 + )metres old sash wooden frame windows and two laundry windows in an old 50's house. Views are incredibly stunning, no noise and house is much warmer for longer in the few days now after work complete. We were really cautious about committing, Particularily deliberating which company to choose based on brochures pricing and instinct. And they were very highly competitively priced! But this is the best thing we have done as part of continued renovation of our old house. One of the 2.1metre by 3metre panes had an internal scratch in the double glazing area (from the window pane manufacturer) and they had the window pane manufacturer send a new one and replaced it amazingly within only 2 days after final installation. They then did this in 30mins!!! Thank you Mario, Piotr and Lukasz for absolutely the best installation experience to date that we have now done to the house!!! Can't stop singing their praises as this was a significant investment from our perspective!! This is my first Google review due to the great job

In replacing all of the old timber frame, single pane windows and doors in our house, I shopped around for a good 6 months to find the perfect double glazed solution.

We first considered uPVC however the first product we looked at seemed too plasticky and the quote was exorbitant. We then considered an alternate material for the frame however were not satisfied with only a one-point locking mechanism on offer for the doors.

We then came across Astellite’s windows and doors in a showroom at Euro Projects Group in Northcote and realised they were everything we were looking for. Being uPVC I immediately assumed the quote would be too high however was convinced to give them a chance. To my surprise the quote came back well under the previous quote but for what we consider a much better product – the texture of the laminate on the frames, the multiple locking points, the look of the handles, the sturdiness of the products, uPVC being a superior thermal insulator and the two-way opening options of the windows.

Mario, Piotr and Lukasz at Astellite have now completed Phase 1 of our window/door replacement project, having installed two sets of large smart slide doors, an entrance door and 4 sets of windows, and all I can say is that we are extremely happy with the products.

Mario, Piotr and Lukasz were great throughout the entire process, they did a brilliant job from down-to-earth and honest advice when selecting styles, handles, hinges, etc to the installation process where they were friendly, cheerful and completed the work perfectly even building new architraves. And to top it off, they cleaned any mess leaving no trace of a worksite when they finished for the day.

I highly recommend Astellite and have already done so to family and friends and am looking forward to Phase 2 of our project to finish off the house.

After we decided to replace our windows and doors we've shopped around for months. We've quickly settled on uPVC but it was hard to choose from so many providers. The Astellite team impressed us by their open, professional approach and high quality product. The price was competitive and the lead-time short. The whole process was so easy and straightforward we could hardly believe it. The installation was very professional and the people were lovely! The change in our quality of life is immense - both from the insulation and the noise reduction aspects.

We highly recommend Astellite to anyone who''d like to replace their widows and/or doors.
