Loved the dinner, great restaurant! So good I went back for lunch the next day, Mo 30 Aug 2021. When back in Cairns, this will be my restaurant instead of downtown. As the name shows, original and authentic Italian cuisine and great cake selection and very friendly staff.

Absolutely ZERO service. I stood at the desk waiting for a table. Multiple waiting staff walked pass me and no less than two of them definitely saw me. Not one staff acknowledged me. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
I’m an Edge Hill local and it’s sad to see a cafe that treats their customers with absolutely zero respect. There are plenty of food cafes around there and you can be sure none of them take their customers for granted.response / report this review -

12 of us last Saturday night joined together for dinner. It was a great night. Great food , great service and wonderful company. Authentic Italian food, relaxed atmosphere in a popular precinct. Dine in as we did or take away. Recommended.

We went to Osmosis to celebrate a family birthday, the staff where welcoming, attentive and professional. The meals where simply amazing, presented perfectly, tasted superb. We had one little problem, which was resolved politely and efficiently. Highly recommend Osmosis, can't wait to return, a wonderful experience.
