I thought I'd go into Terindah after my awful experience at Jack Rabbit. After walking in to a cellar door with no one at the counter, I decided to go to the ladies. Walked back out, stood at the counter for 1 minute. Still no one. I wear high heels that makes a sound loud enough that the 3 staff in the office should have heard loud and clear. Suffice to say they weren't interested in my business at 3.30pm so I walked right back out the door. Off to the next winery it is.

Great experience today with friendly, knowledgeable staff. 9 wines on tasting (complimentary as of October 2017), and an additional 3 premium wines to taste for $5. The additional fee is worth it in my opinion, the 2014 road block and hill block pinot noirs blew me away! Top tier pinot in my books. My other favourites were the 2015 zinfandel and 2017 pinot gris. The outdoor space is also beautiful and set up for a great afternoon wine session!

Staff very attentive, professional. Restaurant not open Tues or Wed, but try the cafe. Bella Vista.

Terrible service. Were ignored for 40 minutes so left without buying even though we quite liked some of the wine. Horrendous that they don't care about their customers.

while driving done the track to the winery we had to decide which winery to go to, one on the right or winery on the left. There looked to be way more cars at the winery on the left so we chose the winery with the least cars. Wow! greeted when we walked in the door, left alone to check out the sites etc. 20 Minutes later a guy came up to us very politely with out the pushy sales pitch, very smart of him. Anyway they booked a table 10 for us, plenty of wine, free chips thrown in and TOPS service from some Brazilian waiter. The restaurant was packed, 80-90 people and yet the service was very personal. 10/10 would go back any time

Great venue, had a lovely afternoon listening to music w friends. Food is fantastic and the service we received from Michael was exceptional. How can you beat that view!
