The worst Officeworks I ever been to. The printing staff do not have any motivation and very lazy. I have been using your service for years for my business and now this staff member said she cannot print my business cards and labels. How come I was just there last week and my business labels/cards were printed and now you telling me you cannot do it. I don’t have any problem with the other Officeworks such as Caroline Springs and Highpoint. It’s just pure laziness!!! Very disappointing and totally waste of time travellers there for nothing!!!!

more directed at officeworks than store directly they had item in stock i wanted to afterpay this only available online.. proceed online with click and collect instore then asked if i can take the stkck. Manager told me no need to wait as it comes from warehouse so come back in few days. I called 1300 number asked if they can not send to store as i instore now and wanted to take stock on hand they couldnt help either..
Retailers wonder why people use online shopping because to hard to purchase from store.. Officeworks you need to extend afterpay to instore encourage face to face service not online

Amazing customer service from the step I took when entering the store, to the last! A very helpful and friendly people greeter guided me to where my product was. I was greeted by several other staff on my way to the area I needed to go. When paying for my items, I was again asked how my day had been and if I had found the items I needed. I felt very welcomed and assured that my customer experience in this store was going to be a memorable one! 5/5!

Some items overpriced, not a fantastic range but good for some things here and there. Staff is really the only issue I have with this store, gets on my nerves when there's one dude standing beside the door doing absolutely nothing other than just greeting customers while 3 other staff members are running around busy behind the counter with a massive line waiting to be served.

Sometimes difficult to find certain things in the layout. Printing is usually good with lots of paper options to chose from if you bring your files to the printing service desk.
Colour quality from the self serve printer is a bit crappy meaning you have to line up and see a team member for more printing options at the other counter.

What a nightmare! Staff truely are incompetent and rude, one of the staff wanted to argue they didn't stock a particular item though I found it on the shelf myself and they still wanted to argue. Beware of buying online I purchased a Swann camera for $169 but when I went to pick up click and collect it was $118 in store and still $169 online.

Very helpful staff, I had a problem in printing photo at a certain size, a guy there his name is Daniel he helped me a lot to print out the size I wanted and refused to charge me anymore. I was so grateful.

Came here last weekend to buy office furniture. All the team members that we came across were super friendly, helpful and attentive. Was very impressed with this store overall.

In my experience, if you know what you're looking for and don't need much help from staff then Watergardens is fine. However if you can be bothered travelling for peace of mind and good service, the Caroline Springs Officeworks is better overall. Don't count on the 2 self-serve printers to be working all the time at Watergardens. One is often out of order and staff don't really offer solutions if the one printer that is working is being used. You just have to wait. Caroline Springs have more self-serve printers available for use.

Terrible service! Waited an hour (With a 1 year old!!!) for 3 poster size prints only to learn they hadn't even started printing them yet. The person served directly before me got hers on the spot. Some of the staff have NO idea, plus others have a bad 'too cool for school' attitude. I left without getting my product (or paying for it). Avoid!!!
