Have had a few issues with delivert times placed is either under staffed or takes pn more work than it can handle. They dont stock their shelves or products enough and the service is poor to rude with some employees. Over all if there was anywhere else near by that stocked the same products i wpuld be there in a hearrbeat

We've used soilworx a few times now. They're cheap, very cheap. Their drivers are friendly and courteous. Great customer service. They work hard to resolve any issues you may have.

I've ordered via Soilworx Deer Park on 2 separate occasions with two different staff members and they've both been great! They were able to accommodate to delivery dates and competitive in pricing. They were able to answer all of my questions and always went above & beyond! I would happily continue going to soilworx for all of my gardening/outdoor home needs - Thanks!!

Ordered a few square metres of soil, sand and gravel and they organised delivery very promptly, in fact so prompt that I just got a text message saying they would be there in 30 mins when I couldn't be at site myself. Then they called in aggressive/frustrated tone saying he couldn't fit in the laneway. The laneway fits small trucks all the time, but this was no small truck they sent a large one to an inner-city residential property! They never asked about clearance. Couldn't fit in a 3 metre plus laneway so they said they would either charge $80 to return the materials or dump on the street. So they dumped on the street. We ended up having to pay labourers to move the materials to where they were needed at the back of the place.

Extremely Disappointed!
Nick wants me to pay for the return to base delivery fee ($80) because SoilWorx's appropriate size trucks were booked out and not available to deliver 3 cubic meter soil to the required place on the drive way. My driveway is now blocked and I have big maintenance work suppose to conduct in my backyard! I can not put my skip bins, park my car in garage neither have access to deliver equipment in the backyard!
Very poor customer service!
