Can't speak highly enough of the care and respect shown to us over the past few weeks when we had to say goodbye to both our wonderful Labradors. The whole team were thoughtful and understanding and showed a great deal of empathy.

To all the staff who helped us put our Rosie to sleep you were all very passionate and professional. You not only cared for our girl but was very supportive of me and my daughter. It was our first time at your vet but won't be the last.

Best vets in Ballarat. Very caring and love their work. Went out of their way for our beautiful dog who sadly passed away.

Helped save our cat max & took good care of him after surgery & with previous health issues. Was kept informed regularly with how our pet was going after surgery and allowed to visit during normally closed hours Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only thing is it can be very expensive (as with any vet) and payment is required before collecting your pet after surgery's or being admitted.
