Waited half an hour to be served and a further 45 minutes to get my meal only for it to not even be nice. Even for half price it wasn't worth it. Would not go again.

BAD AND SLOW SERVICE, DIRTY TABLES, INCONSISTENCY I N FOOD AND TREATED BADLY BY THE LADY OWNER
I had a very bad experience. We went there twice only and ordered the same food and drink. Second time the food was totally different in taste and looks different too. Secondly, we went on monday which is supposed to be the half priced day and they did not give us the discount on main dishes. When in the evening i tried to make the booking over the phone the lady owner did not make it and also did not advise that they only provide the half price main dish till 8pm. Fortunately, we arrived at 7.48pm. The restaurant was full of people and there was only one poor waitress servicing everyone. The table was dirty we cleaned the table and after many trials the waitress came to us after 20 minutes and we had to wait 47 minutes to get our food.
When bill came it was with full amount instead of the half price and we were told that we did not order at or by 8pm. Though its the waitress who did not come to us to get the order and its owners who did not employ enough staff to cater.
Overall its a bad experience especially with the owner lady who is a middle aged lady. She made us feel that we had done something wrong to visit the restaurant. WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE.response / report this review -

My fajitas were over cooked, insufficient serving size of the guacamole and the tortillas weren't cooked. When i attempted to give some feedback to the manager not only was he not interested but arrogant as well. I will be telling friends not to waist their time .

Missus and I love mexican food. The staff are friendly, owners seems quite nice people. Food is good. They do have quite a lot of different deals for different days. Also do takeaway!

if I could give 0 stars I would. waited over an hour for an entree on a Tuesday night. ended up walking out before any of our meals even came. the girl at the till didn't even apologise. definitely won't be coming back to taco bill

I asked them if they could deliver and they did, the food came quickly and was fresh and still hot I'm very happy with the service I received I will be ordering again for sure. last time I tried these guys was almost a year ago and I wasn't very pleased but this time I was. they have defiantly stepped it up and delivering some quality now
