I bought my very first car from Pakenham Toyota, receiving fantastic service from Dion Steele. He was so helpful and informative over the phone when I spoke to him about the car, took time out of his day to meet me to see the car and test drive it as it would have been a couple hours drive for me. Has been nothing but helpful to me even after I had picked up my car. Highly recommend working with him if you are looking for help with buying your first car or just a car!

I've recently purchased a new Camry from Pakenham Toyota and had the pleasure to deal with Liam one of their gun young Sales staff. From the first time I spoke with Liam he impressed me with his manner, knowledge and willingness to assist me with my purchase.
I have previously owned an Aurion that has been serviced for some time by Pakenham Toyota (& I must give a shout out to the excellent Service staff also) and was eagerly awaiting the release of the new shaped Aurion. However that didnt eventuate -Toyota decided to bring back a V6 Camry & retire the Aurion, so the fabulous new shaped Camry became my focus for a new car & so far I have been richly rewarded!
I did have a wait for the new model to come to market and spoke with Liam very early days about its release. At my request, Liam has diaried and followed me up when the car was released, when a V6 was in stock to drive, he even called me when the exact combination of interior and exterior were in the yard for me to come & have a look. This was always accompanied with Liam's bright & friendly nature and not a hint of pressure.
Well done Liam and well done Pakenham Toyota - this experience has reinforced why I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Customer service is good. The stuff is very friendly.
Unfortunately. Not very happy with the mechanics.
Replacing fuel filter was a complete disaster. The mechanics croocked the gas fuel filter lead. Three times I couldn't drive due to the excessive smell.
A brand new lead should have been
replaced, but. .messy silicone was the final solution including top lead damaged.
Also, head light fitting was melted and they didn't noticed it..during several check ups.
This happened 3,5 years ago.
